Miss H Shoot prep

If I were on location shooting this look, I would have liked to have seen Miss H slumped across a table in the wedding reception room, almost blending in to the furniture. I would ask my model to contort their body to distort its natural shape, mirroring my idea that Miss H is demented. Although props could be used in the studio, I found it difficult to find or afford materials to create such an extravagant set! So instead I would use the expression of the model and her body language to convey her insanity and haunted look.

STYLING

I want Miss H to appear very ghost like, so I think delicate material is very important. I would have liked to get a very sheer fabric and fray the edges to age the piece, as well as maybe tea-staining the fabric; Unfortunately I didn't have adequate resources to do this. I took a trip to a local fabric store and bought a rich looking fabric that I would pin around the top of my model to give an illusion of a dress; I wanted it to be fairly loose, to suggest Miss H has shrunk within the dress and its now hanging off of her shoulders.
